I’ve been using this collagen for the past few years, and it’s by far the best affordable option I’ve found. I’ve noticed a real difference over time, especially with consistent use. I also like that it includes all three types of collagen in one supplement.I have to admit, I don’t usually take the full recommended serving of three capsules a day—I typically take one or two, and I’m still very happy with the results. Overall, it’s a great value, and I plan to keep buying it.

Slept like a baby! Improved my quality of sleep
This supplement is packed with quality, well known key ingredients. I’ve been taking these for about a month now and have noticed a significant improvement in my sleep. Typically I wake up 1-2/ night and after trying these, I sleep hard until morning. Feeling energized and my body restored. As far as the collagen complex, I did notice a slight improvement with my skin, mainly my face. I feel like my forehead wrinkles are less noticeable. If this continues, I’ll be taking these forever. All in all, I have noticed improvements and find them effective. Pills are standard size but please note, each serving is 3 capsules.

I must say I am impress by this combination Muli complex. Contains L-Theanine, a product I am well aquainted with, as my youngest son took it for years for anxiety, and it works. L- Theanine calms the mind, something found in some tea's and mushrooms, and has no unsafe side effects. It helps create brain wave patterns similar to meditation, so it helps with sleep. Ashwaganda helps reduce stress, is an anti inflamatory, supports thyroid function, and helps level blood sugar, added to that is the collegan, 5 types each with a specific function to help with skin and nails, reduce wrinkles, support bone health, reduce stiffness, and improves gut health. I find it works well to take in the early evening, a few simple to take pills, helps with sleep, focus, and relaxation. No after taste or funny odor.

Great anti-stress ingredient list
I really like these calming capsules, and the collagen is basically a bonus for me. I often take supplements that help with stress and anxiety, and many of my favorite go-to ingredients are here, like l-theanine, magnesium, ashwagandha, lemon balm, l-tryptophan, and l-glycine. When combined together like this, they can be very effective for me, but sometimes can also lead to a slight feeling of drowsiness. Because of this, I don't actually take the full 3 capsules together all at once. Instead, I start with 1 or 2, and then take another if needed.It's a nice bonus to also be getting a very thorough collagen complex as well, which I'm sure my joints will appreciate. "Vital Vitamins" seems like a reputable brand, and their products are made in the U.S. in a GMP facility. The website also states that their supplements are 3rd party tested. I feel like the capsules are a little bigger than usual, but they are still plenty easy to swallow. There is not a child-proof cap on the bottles, which I think is an oversight. At $59.99 for these two bottles, they are certainly not cheap, but it is a well thought out supplement.

Big pills! Positive changes
The pills are very large! I have low muscle tone in my neck, so large pills are really intimidating for me. If you feel the same, you can break these open and just grin and bear it mixed into applesauce or a thick juice. That’s how I ended up taking them. It tastes nasty, but I wanted to see what they do. I have health issues, and my hair has been breaking off and falling out, so I wanted to try something to maybe help strengthen my hair. After a week of taking them, I did start noticing more of a luster to my hair that had not been there before. My nails also started getting stronger and less brittle. I also felt like I had more energy, so I started doing some mild workouts and stretches again. I’ve been diagnosed with arthritis in my hips, so I’ve not been able to handle much working out for awhile. I finally started doing some gentle stretches again, and I haven’t had any pain from it following taking these. It’s worth the taste of breaking these open to get these results. I’m pleased with the positive changes taking place.
