What is my expected delivery date?

We try to process all orders received by noon Pacific time on a business day the same day, and process all other orders the following business day. Delivery, including processing time, takes 4-7 business days. You will receive an estimated delivery date from the carrier when your order ships and your tracking updates.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not, although Amazon may ship to you depending on your location.

I made a mistake on my order. How do I change it?

Because we ship orders as fast as possible, we have very limited time to cancel orders. We ask that you reach out to us at support@vitalvitamins.us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant information. We can only help as long as your item has not processed to ship or has shipped. Please note, cancellations are not guaranteed.
