I feel like these Soft gels have been helpful. I was suffering very dry itchy skin. I tried all kinds of things and eventually It got much better. To be honest I am uncertain how much these played a roll because I was doing multiple things like applying lotions, drinking more water. Then I decided to cut out all sugar, as much as possible, and finally my skin has been doing much better. I think it was the combination of these supplements and the other treatments.I did not have any negative reaction to these. So, I do think it helped and was effective. I followed the directions on the bottle.
