I think this product is generally good. However I quickly reduced the dosage down to 1 capsule per day due to gassiness. At 1 capsule per day for over two weeks, I still experienced an unacceptable (to me) amount of gassiness. I So I will not continue to take this supplement. However, I did appreciate smoother joint mobility in my wrists and fingers. I didn't have any issues taking the capsule(s) in the morning on an empty stomach. Most likely, this product will work well for me if it were just collagen. But my gut did not react well. Lastly, the capsules were easy to swallow.

I wanted to like this since the concept is good, but I'm not sold on the value. A serving is 3 capsules and that only gets you 1,200 mg of collagen. So to actually feel like you're taking collagen you're swallowing three pills a day, and even then it's a small amount.For comparison, I get a collagen powder with probiotics mixed in from Costco, and one scoop has way more collagen than three of these capsules. Several times more, for less money per serving. Once you see that side by side it's hard to justify paying this much for so little collagen in pill form.The rest of the blend is fine. There's a decent gut mix in here with the enzymes, the probiotic, and stuff like ginger and peppermint, so I get what they were going for on the digestion side. If pills are the only way you'll take a supplement, that part has some value.But the whole reason I picked it up was the collagen, and on that it comes up short. Too many pills for too little, and the powder route just gives you more for your money. Not bad exactly, just not worth it for me.In a month of usage I can't really say I had any positive effects since I am already taking the costco collagen. The taste was negligible and I didn't notice any side effects.
